Shipping & Returns
Bandmerch makes every effort to ship every order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items shipping generally occurs between 1-3 business days (24-72 hours/M-F excluding holidays) from the placement of your order. Shipment for pre-orders and special item orders are governed by rules associated with the item, generally published on the items feature page within the store. Look for updates on your special orders published regularly on these pages. Occasionally due to quality issues or difficulties beyond our control, items ship later than these guidelines. If you feel your purchase is taking longer than expected, please contact customer service from the provided contact button conveniently located in the Lower Right corner of all store pages.
We want you to be satisfied with your HartnDagger.com purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange. Please review the following guidelines to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returns/Exchanges are eligible within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Merchandise is returned in the same new condition as it was when shipped
- Merchandise has not been washed, worn or altered
- Return package must be accompanied by the original invoice
- Shipping cost and shipping tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an e-mail once your return is processed and your refund has been processed.
